An opportunity exists for an experienced Forklift mechanic / Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic located in Croydon, Victoria

Our company sells and services new and used machinery and the Mechanic position is a very crucial role to the business. You will be responsible for pre-delivery and servicing petrol/LPG/diesel/electric forklifts, reach trucks, stock pickers and walkie stackers providing preventative and breakdown Maintenance.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
* Mechanical Trade Certificate ( Forklift Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Qualification )
* Proven experience in repairing petrol / LPG / diesel / electric mechanical equipment
* Good knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems
* Strong commitment towards safe work practices
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Desire to be an effective team player
* MUST be able to follow instructions
* MUST be able to work unsupervised
* ONLY competent technicians should apply
This role will see you working Monday to Friday with occasional overtime as required to ensure deadlines and schedules are being met.
